Ask Me: How do I get flawless skin? My New Beauty Regime

For the past two months, I learned that people started noticing my skin. Regardless, I was in Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong...people keep on pointing out to my skin.

I am one that is NOT blessed with good skin. Yes, I'm grateful for my features but as for my skin...I'm prone to breakouts, I'm shiny on the T-zone during midday and it gets worst cause I like to pop my zits. I know, gross right? But I do, it's a nasty habit of mine. Thankfully, I don't scar that much. Pheww...

So, when people started to compliment my skin...I was like;

"Whhhhaaaaattt?????" Are they crazy?! Can't they see these small little bumps everywhere, what my mom called the 'Telur Katak' on my face."

An then I headed to the mirror to show just where these Telur Katak is...and stopped. There weren't any! Ooommiiigggoooodddd.....

When I met up with my bestie since I was 13 years old, over the weekend...she pointed out to the same thing. No more telur katak, no more breakouts...Then it hit me, I've cured my face. Yeayyyyyy....

My Bestie since 13 years old. Owh, how we're 'grown', kan? Hahahah

But how did I do it? Honestly, I don't know.

I recently changed my Beauty Regime, for about 1 - 2 months now, so maybe you can try this out if you want to. Click here if you want to know my previus beauty regime.

Product Review: theBalm Balm Shelter

I once heard someone saying that once you've tried tinted moisturiser, you're definitely gonna be hooked!
Maybe, not in my case....

As you would've read in my previous entries here, I was 'lusting' for theBalm BalmShelter tinted moisturiser. So, I finally bought it earlier this month here and here's a share of my likes and dislikes....

THE VERDICT

You could read more on theBalm BalmShelter here.

Overall, I like the packaging and the fact that it comes in a squeez-y tube that allows me to squeeze out the tinted moisturiser easily with no mess at all. It comes in a 64ml tanned orange tube with grey cap which was double the size of a normal foundation.

Just Curious & LustList : TheBalm

I've heard about theBalm last year but never did know that we have it in Malaysia.
Haha, I almost wanted to purchase their products in one the US Spree in a forum. Thankfully, fellow beauty blogger blogged about their recent love on theBalm's lip stain that go me up and running to the nearest SaSa branch in Mt. Kiara ;)

For those who may not know, one look at theBalm's collection will instantly remind you of Benefit.
The packaging is similar - comic strips style pin-up girls and so are the names for their product which are usually catchy and sexy ;)

I spend quite some time (till the SA got fed up of waiting and walked away, haha) in SaSa, carefully browsing and swatching/trying each products by theBalm. The collection is not extensive but I'd say it's sufficient and the texture of each product is quite nice and rich.

However, amongst all of theBalm products two of the items that stood out than the rest...

1) BalmShelter - tinted moisturiser

from Temptalia

2) Balms Away - eye makeup break up (eye makeup remover)

These two are definitely in my 'LustList' (beauty product Wishlist :P)

Based in California, this brand aims to bring you the simple but necessary products on-the-go that can turn you instantly glamorous without the hassle.
